Franchise Fee
  • The franchise fee will be $100.
  • If the franchise fee is not paid, transaction privileges will be revoked until payment is received.
Draft
  • The draft will consist of 18 rounds with each team allotted 2 minutes per round.
  • If the 2 minutes have expired and a team has not made a selection, he or she may pass his pick to the next team. However, if that next team makes his selection, the team that passed must IMMEDIATELY make their pick, or pass again.
Divisions
  • The league will consist of 3 divisions (Paiste, Zildjian, Sabian).
  • The divisions will consist of the same teams every year unless "a major shakeup" of teams occurs (dropout).
Lineups
  • Lineups will consists of the following configurations:
    • 1 QB, 1 RB, 4 Rec, 1 K, 1 Defense, 2 Backups
    • 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 Rec, 1 K, 1 Defense, 2 Backups
    • 1 QB, 3 RB, 2 Rec, 1 K, 1 Defense, 2 Backups
  • Each week's line-ups will normally be due before the earliest player's game time. If there is no contact from you, your previous week's line-up will be used.
  • In the event of Thursday games, you will submit your complete lineup through the website. If there is no lineup from you after the Thursday games, you may not start any of those Thursday players, with the following exception:
    • If your lineup has "rolled over", meaning you started players from the week before any Thursday games, and those players are now playing on Thursday, and your lineup has not been turned in before the start of the current week's Thursday games, those players are automatically started and cannot be changed.
  • Any discrepancies with a lineup must be taken care of by the Tuesday of the next week, WITH OFFICIAL PROOF. This would include an e-mail with a correct time stamp. However, after Tuesday, decisions stand AS FINAL, NO EXPECTIONS.
Lineup Changes
  • Lineup changes may occur for any player who hasn't started his game yet. That player can be substituted for a player who hasn't started his game yet.
  • There is no limit to how many times you can change your lineup.
  • Lineup changes are preferably submitted through the website. However, e-mails and voice mail are also acceptable as long as a time stamp is present. I cannot guarantee a correct time stamp on either my voice mail or answering machine, so please use the website as "the best way."
Scoring
  • Stats will be taken from fleaflicker.com, which is our site to use for our real-time scoring needs. If there is an issue with fleaflicker.com, nfl.com will be used for offense, and foxsports.com will be used for defense. If there is an issue with these sites, other sites can be used at the commissioner's discretion. Usually at the start of the NFL regular season is when issues can arise with the way a site reports it stats for the year. If a change is made in the source of stats, the league will be notified.
  • The team with the most points during each match up will be declared the winner.
  • Ties will be broken by the following:
    • Highest points of primary backup
    • Highest Points of secondary backup
    • Highest scorer from each team
    • Coin Toss
  • If one or more players tie for the High Scorer of the Week, normal tie breaker rules will apply to award the HSOTW
  • If a team has a scoring discrepancy, he or she will notify the Commish, who will in most cases notify the Panel. This will normally occur after a stat change has been made. This notification from the FF team in question needs to be placed by the following THURSDAY at NOON of the week in question.
  • Special Teams TD's WILL INCLUDE fake punt and fake FG plays, even though official scoring sites don't count these as TD's. (i.e. Blocked Punt for TD, Fake punts of FG's for TD's)
Playoff Tie Breaker
  • The following is the tie breaking order to determine who will advance to the playoffs.
    • Total Points
    • Head to Head Matchup Record
    • Division Record
    • Coin Toss
Teams Dropping Out
  • If a team happens to drop out during the season, all of the team's players will be available as free agents. The commissioner will have vetoing power over trades.
Trades and Free Agent Signings
  • Each transaction costs $2. If two teams make a trade, both teams pay $2 each.
  • To sign a free agent or make a trade, you must submit an intent to sign a free agent or an intent to trade to the commissioner by WEDNESDAY, 7:00PM. At this time, the commissioner will review the signing or the trade and either approve or veto the intent.
  • A waiver wire order will be used for free agent acquisition priority. The initial order (Week 1) will be determined by reverse draft order.
  • Teams submitting their pickup requests will rank them. The worst team with requests will get their first ranked player. The next worst team will get their highest ranked player not taken, and so on. Teams who request players that no one else has requested will get those players.
  • The last day to make trades will be the Thursday of week 10. Free agent picks will occur every week through Week 18.
  • PRESEASON: Before Week 1 of the regular season, transactions will be treated as "first-come, first-serve". However, a player that is dropped by a team will not be available until AFTER week 1 has been complete. Also, a team will NOT lose it's place in the free agent priority during Preseason.
Panel
  • To solve league controversies, a panel exists to discuss such matters. The panel will include the following:
    • Axl
    • Gib
    • Buser
    • Daaan
